Course Registration / Request
An INROkey USB device is provided for each participant for the duration of the course. Unless specified otherwise, course participants are expected to provide their own computer. The necessary technical requirements for this computer will be included with your registration confirmation.
Courses are filled on a first come, first served basis according to the date INRO receives payment. INRO reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient registrations, so please register and pay early. INRO will send an invoice by email and by post upon request. Prices do not include sales tax. Payment may be made by cheque, money order, bank transfer, or credit card (Master Card or Visa). Late registrations will be accepted if space is available.
INRO will issue a full refund to all participants if a course is cancelled. Please do not make non-refundable travel arrangements until the course is confirmed approximately one month before the course date. All travel expenses, including meals and hotel accommodation are the participant's responsibility.
A participant may cancel a course registration in writing via e-mail.
- If received before the course confirmation approximately one month before the course date, the full course fee is refunded.
- If received after the course confirmation but before course date, 80% of the course fee is refunded.
- No refunds will be given to paid participants absent from the course.
Complimentary coupons will be forfeited in cases 2 and 3. Substitute participants will be accepted at any time.
